Nose: pronounced fruit aromas of dark cherries, berries and vanilla, paired with a fine light but well-integrated barrique note

 

Flavor: Dense structure, very fruity aromas, elegant wood notes and its elegant acidity will turn this wine into a taste experience. Even if it is not necessarily a typical representative of its kind. It is a Majorcan Pinot Noir that reflects the island in its variety.

 

Recommended food: mushroom and truffle dishes, white meat, barbecue and cheese
